ARBITRATION

ARBITRATION

Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution, where parties agree to utilize a private arbitrator to make binding, enforceable decisions and issue rulings related to outstanding disputes.

While arbitration usually involves the presentation of evidence, witnesses, and arguments by the parties' lawyers, it is less formal, more private, and far quicker and more cost effective than court proceedings.
